The Higher Tier Clean Cooking (HTCC) Portal is a pioneering digital initiative dedicated to accelerating the adoption of clean cooking solutions, with a strong focus on electric cooking (eCooking), across Ethiopia. Born from extensive stakeholder engagement and a deep understanding of the sector’s unique challenges and opportunities, our mission is to drive a sustainable transition towards healthier, more efficient, and environmentally friendly cooking practices.
We serve as a vital centralized hub, connecting a diverse ecosystem of stakeholders: from consumers seeking reliable, affordable appliances, to local manufacturers and distributors aiming to grow their businesses, and from government bodies and development partners fostering an enabling environment.
